Booking Policies

Card on File Required
A valid credit or debit card is required at booking for all primary area appointments. Your card is not charged until the day of service.
Cancellation Policy
⏰
Primary area: 24-hour notice required. Out-of-area: 48-hour notice required. Late cancellations or no-shows: $75 fee charged to card on file.
Free Retest Policy

If your vehicle fails the official test, Fleet Rescue will retest at no charge within 30 days once repairs are completed. One free retest per vehicle per appointment.
