Service Description
Clean Truck Check OBD testing for diesel and alternative fuel heavy-duty vehicles with 2013 and newer model year engines. Fleet Rescue comes to your fleet yard or location — no towing, no driving to a facility. WHAT'S INCLUDED: On-site OBD diagnostic scan using CARB-certified equipment Emissions fault code check and readiness monitor verification Real-time results submitted to CARB's CTC-VIS system Free pre-test assessment (must select as add-on at booking — adds 30 min) Free retest within 30 days if your vehicle fails PRICING: 1 vehicle — $149 2–5 vehicles — $129 each 6+ vehicles — $99 each Volume pricing is applied manually by Fleet Rescue after booking confirmation. SERVICE TIME: Approximately 30 minutes per vehicle. Pre-test adds 30 minutes per vehicle if selected. Cancellation Policy
At Fleet Rescue, we value your time and meticulously prepare our equipment and routes to ensure your fleet stays compliant. To maintain this level of service, we adhere to the following policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling Standard Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No fees will be applied for changes made within this window. Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee: A $75.00 fee will be charged to the card on file for any cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice, or in the event of a "No-Show" (where the tester arrives but is unable to access the vehicles or site contact at the scheduled time). Why this fee exists: This charge helps compensate for technician travel time, reserved service blocks, and specialized equipment preparation. Our Commitment to You If Fleet Rescue must reschedule due to equipment maintenance, unforeseen tester unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you immediately. Your appointment will be prioritized for the next available slot at no additional charge, and no fees will be applied.
