How We Guarantee Extended-Distance Routing
To deploy a mobile testing unit outside our 2.5-hour radius, we collect a refundable deposit per fleet. This secures your spot on the dispatch manifest and ensures our tester's travel costs are covered. Once your date is finalized, 100%
of the deposit applies directly to your testing fee.
50% Deposit at Confirmation
When your area activates and you confirm your spot, a 50% deposit is required within 72 hours. This secures your place on the service trip.
100% Refundable — 48+ Hours
Cancel with 48 or more hours notice before your scheduled appointment and your deposit is fully refunded — no questions asked.
Non-Refundable Within 48 Hours
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment forfeit the deposit. This protects Fleet Rescue's travel investment for out-of-area trips.
