Out of our primary service area? We can still get you booked. Clean Truck Check OVI testing for diesel heavy-duty vehicles with 2012 and older model year engines. Fleet Rescue comes to your fleet yard or location — no towing, no driving to a facility. WHAT'S INCLUDED: SAE J1667 snap-acceleration smoke opacity test Full visual inspection of emissions control equipment Real-time results submitted to CARB's CTC-VIS system Free retest within 30 days if your vehicle fails PRICING: 1 vehicle — $195 2–5 vehicles — $169 each 6+ vehicles — $149 each Volume pricing is applied manually by Fleet Rescue after booking confirmation. SERVICE TIME: Approximately 45 minutes per vehicle on-site. Cancellation Policy
To serve our customers beyond our primary service radius, Fleet Rescue coordinates regional service trips. Out-of-area service is defined as any location exceeding a 2.5-hour one-way drive from Citrus Heights, CA. Regional Waitlist & Activation Waitlist: Customers outside our primary radius may join our regional waitlist at fleetrescueca.com/waitlist. Activation: A service trip is activated once a geographic cluster reaches a minimum of 10 vehicles. Please note that joining the waitlist does not guarantee service and carries no obligation for either party until a trip is confirmed. Deposits & Payment Out-of-Area Deposit: Once a regional trip is activated and your participation is confirmed, a 50% deposit of the total service cost is required. Payment Window: This deposit must be paid within 72 hours of notification to secure your slot. Failure to pay within this window may result in your removal from the scheduled trip to accommodate other waitlisted operators. Cancellations & Refunds Because regional trips rely on a specific vehicle count to remain viable, the following refund schedule applies: Notice of 48+ Hours: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a 100% deposit refund. Late Cancellation (Less than 48 Hours): Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. No-Shows: In the event of a "No-Show," the deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining balance of the service total may be pursued.
